You only receive 1x drum per purchase. The code hqu on indicates the manufacturer Metallwarenfabrik Treuenbrietzen GmbH, located in Treuenbrietzen, Germany. The drum is also marked 41 indicating a year of 1941 production. Due to the yugo paint the hqu marking is hard to make out, but the original paint is visible underneath the yugo repaint job. These would be ideal to strip the yugo paint and hopefully reveal the original panzergrau paint or completely strip and repaint it a correct wartime color.
