Original U.S. WWII M21A1 Green Star Signal Parachute Flare

Description

The M19A1 green star flare is a World War II-era U.S. military ground pyrotechnic rifle flare grenade used for screening and signaling, rather than a colored smoke flare. A bright green star provided visible light for medium-range battlefield identification. One side of the “fins” on the bottom is smushed in as shown. This product is assumed to be live, but because it is considered a historical, pyrotechnic signal flare rather than an active weapon, it falls outside the National Firearms Act (NFA) restrictions. Not available for export.
