Original WW2 German 10 Line Switchboard Klappenschrank 1940 Dated Working Condition w/ Transit Lid

Description

Manufacturuer marked and dated 1940. Also bears a waffen eagle acceptance stamp and many ink stampings. This switchboard is in very good to mint condition for its age and how much use it saw. There is some minor wear on the wood especially the underside. The top phenolic board is in very good shape as shown in the photos, but is slightly loose. The patch cords are all the same length, but have some slight rust/corrosion on the metal. The white name plate over time with expanding and contracting, it has broke off of the two side screws and the plastic is bowed outward. This can be fixed with some glue or adjusting the screws and washers.  All terminals on top are undamaged and move freely. The switchboard is complete with everything it came out of the factory with and even comes with the transit lid which is almost always missing. The bottom shows the normal signs of use scratches etc and darkening of the lauquer finish. This switchboard is in working condition.
